Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tyman Media. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
• Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Tyman Media is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
• Damages: Tyman Media is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
How to Handle Your Return Policy
On Shopify, you don't necessarily have to write this from scratch. Here are the two best ways to do it:
1. Use Shopify’s Built-in Generator
Shopify has a tool that creates a legal template for you based on your business info:
1. Go to your Shopify Admin.
2. Click Settings > Policies.
3. Under Refund Policy, click "Create from template."
4. Edit the text: Make sure to specify if you offer "Store Credit Only" or "Full Refunds," and who pays for the return shipping label.
2. The "Tyman Media" Approach (Custom)
If you are doing print-on-demand (like Shopify + Printful), your return policy usually mirrors theirs. Most creators use these rules:
• Window: 14 or 30 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Final Sale: Custom-printed items or digital downloads are usually "Final Sale" (no returns) unless there is a manufacturing defect.
